Full Job Description

Henson Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Orthodontic Scheduling and Digital Coordinator to join our growing team in our McMinnville and Newberg offices.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will thrive in a patient-facing role while also helping grow and maintain our digital presence. In addition to coordinating schedules and providing outstanding customer service, this position will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, gathering and creating content, and highlighting the culture, team and patient smiles. Our practice is state-of-the-art, fully digital, and committed to providing the highest level of orthodontic treatment and customer service. We take pride in fostering a supportive, professional, and fun work environment where team members are encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed.

$18-23 per/hr based on experience

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of dental front office experience preferred, but not required
Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computers and technology platforms
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and enthusiasm
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
Schedule new and existing patient appointments
Check patients in and out
Collect payments and communicate with patients and referring dental offices
Order and maintain office supplies within budget guidelines
Gather photos, videos, and patient success stories while ensuring compliance with privacy guidelines
Manage and maintain the practice's social media presence across multiple platforms to increase engagement
Perform opening and closing office duties

Schedule:

Full-time/approximately 32 hours per week, occasional Fridays
Willing to work a rotating schedule between our McMinnville and Newberg offices

Pay Frequency:

Once per month
