Full Job Description

Dermatology Front Desk Receptionist – one-year medical experience required.
Come grow with us! We are looking for an experienced front desk receptionist to join our team. Commonwealth Dermatology is a full-service dermatology practice with a focus on Mohs surgery, skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding patient care and customer service.

Our front office staff collaborate with the medical team to keep the office running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and assisting with check-in
Obtaining intake and insurance information, collecting co-pays
Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate team members
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Performing other clerical tasks such as scanning, faxing, data entry, etc.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Previous front office experience required
Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with iPads and computers (we are a paperless office)
An absolute commitment to providing excellent patient care and a desire to make patients happy!

One-year medical experience required.
