Full Job Description

Regional Behavioral Consultants (RBC) is growing—and we're looking for an experienced BCBA leader who is passionate about clinical excellence, mentorship, and developing the next generation of clinicians.

As a Senior Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight across both field-based and center-based services, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care for the individuals and families we serve. This role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in leadership, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to building strong clinical teams and sustainable outcomes.

What You'll Do

Clinical Leadership & Oversight

Provide clinical leadership and oversight across center-based and community services.
Ensure fidelity to ABA treatment models and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
Monitor clinical outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.
Conduct clinical reviews and provide guidance on complex cases and treatment planning.
Promote consistency and excellence in service delivery across teams.

Supervision & Mentorship

Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BC-ABAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Support clinicians in developing competency, confidence, and leadership skills.
Facilitate case consultations and collaborative problem-solving.
Assist in onboarding and training new clinical team members.

Collaboration & Partnership

Build and maintain strong relationships with families, schools, early intervention teams, and community partners.
Participate in IEP meetings, transition planning, and interdisciplinary care coordination.
Partner with caregivers and stakeholders to ensure meaningful and individualized treatment outcomes.
Support communication and collaboration across departments and service lines.

Quality Assurance & Program Development

Ensure high standards of clinical documentation and compliance.
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
Assist with the development and implementation of clinical procedures, training programs, and supervision systems.
Champion a culture of accountability, learning, and clinical excellence.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related human services field
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum of three years of experience providing ABA services
Demonstrated experience supervising clinical staff and providing mentorship
Strong knowledge of ABA assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience overseeing both center-based and community-based ABA programs
Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a multidisciplinary organization
Experience developing training initiatives and supporting clinician growth
Passion for mentorship and building high-performing clinical teams
