Auto Title Clerk

Responsibilities

Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately
Record liens and maintain title records
Assign titles for vehicles sold
Verify the accuracy and completeness of title documents
Respond to customer questions professionally and courteously
Resolve title, registration, odometer, and related documentation issues
Learn and maintain knowledge of Pennsylvania vehicle title and registration laws
Complete required state training for title processing
Notarize a variety of documents in accordance with Pennsylvania law
Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information

Qualifications

No previous experience required—we will train the right candidate
Must currently hold a Pennsylvania Notary Public commission or be willing and able to obtain one within 60 days of hire
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic

Schedule

Tuesday through Saturday
