Sales & Marketing Coordinator

You'll help power our sales and marketing efforts by building high-quality prospect data, supporting marketing initiatives, and turning ideas into action. If you enjoy making an impact behind the scenes and helping a growing company move forward, you may have just found your seat.

The Role

Your biggest contribution will be helping build the prospect data that powers our sales and marketing efforts.

You'll spend a meaningful portion of your week researching businesses, identifying key decision-makers, and verifying contact information using Seamless.ai, LinkedIn, Google, and professional outbound phone calls.

These aren't sales calls. You're simply making sure our team has accurate, reliable information before they ever reach out.

From there, you'll help keep our marketing efforts moving by creating sales materials, coordinating social media content, supporting marketing campaigns, and keeping projects organized and on track.

What Your Days Look Like

Research businesses and identify key decision-makers.
Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists.
Make professional outbound calls to verify contact information.
Keep our HubSpot CRM accurate and organized.
Create sales materials that support our business development efforts.
Coordinate and schedule social media content.
Support marketing campaigns and client communications.
Help keep projects organized and moving forward.
Jump in wherever needed—we win as a team.

What You Need

You'll likely be successful in this role if you:

Love being organized and paying attention to details.
Are comfortable talking with people on the phone.
Enjoy researching people, companies, and information.
Take ownership and follow through on commitments.
Communicate professionally in writing and in person.
Like learning new software and technology.
Want to make a meaningful impact in a growing company.

Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Canva, Seamless.ai, Microsoft 365, or similar tools is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.

What the Role Pays

Up to $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus a strong benefits package.
