Full Job Description

We are seeking a CPA to join our small firm. We strive to balance work, life, and family, and promote professional growth. This position can be tailored to the benefit of the candidate and the team, with flexible hours and schedule. Position requires office time in Medford, Oregon but also allows for work from home options as well.

Duties:

- Personal, business, & estate/trust income tax returns preparation.

- Develop working relationship with clients via phone, email, texts, & web meetings and in-person meetings.

- Assist and provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.

- Assist the tax team by gathering tax documentation from clients and distributing final client copies & records.

- Ability to work extra hours during tax season (up to 60 hours per week).

Qualifications:

- BA/BS in Accounting

- CPA in Oregon

- Have or be able to obtain a PTIN

- Pass a background check

- Have 5 years 1040 preparation experience

- 1065 and 1120S experience experience a plus

- Experience with Proseries and paperless workflow a plus
