About the Role

Sales Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Mass and Mid-Tier Sales teams. In this role, you'll help drive sales success by managing pricing, coordinating product samples, maintaining sales assets, and supporting item setup and customer documentation.

Working closely with internal teams and external sales representatives, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient operations, exceptional customer support, and seamless execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do (Bold & larger font)

Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to fulfill customer requests, many times within a tight turnaround time
Coordinate and manage post-meeting follow-up internally
Collaborate with external reps to ensure all item setup information is accurate, and forms are filled out accurately
Maintain and update sales records, product data, and digital assets across CRM, ERP, and other platforms
Prepare and maintain sales materials including price lists, compliance documents, and sell sheets
Manage and ship product samples in coordination with External Reps, Sales team members, PD, Customer Service and Inventory
Gathering up-to-date information and flagging any necessary changes to said information from multiple internal teams to deliver to External Sales Reps

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

Strong project management, communication, organization, self-motivation and creative problem-solving skills
High attention to detail, adaptability, and follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Nice-to-Haves:

Strong computer literacy is a must and experience using systems such as Centric, Knack and NetSuite is a bonus

Education & Experience

We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
2-5 years of Office Management or Administration preferred
