Guaranteed base salary + uncapped commissions and bonuses. Most successful first-year team members earn $50,000 -$75,000+ with top performers exceeding $100,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers
Deliver customized insurance and financial solutions that fit each client’s needs
Proactively grow your client base through networking and referrals
Schedule appointments and promote a wide range of State Farm Insurance and financial products
Work closely with team members to provide outstanding customer service in an upbeat, positive environment

This role is with an independent contractor agent of State Farm, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies
Employees must complete all required licensing and training mandated by the agent
