Full Job Description

We’re excited to offer meaningful opportunities for Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about supporting older adults with dignity and compassion. In this role, you’ll provide essential personal care, assist with daily activities, and help promote seniors’ well‑being in either private homes or independent‑living apartments within premier senior‑living communities. Must be professional, reliable, able to manage your own time--with a positive, caring attitude and great interpersonal skills.

REQUIREMENTS
We hire Care Professionals who meet the following criteria:

Minimum 1-year of Professional caregiving or CNA experience — assisting seniors with ADLs such as grooming, bathing, mobility, toileting, dressing, and meal support
Availability for at least 3 consecutive days — including one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) on an ongoing basis.
Availability for 12+ hour shifts (typical start times: 7AM/8AM)
Authorization to work in the U.S. and eligibility per the IDPH Caregiver Registry
Ability to pass a national background check and drug screen
Availability within our service area —Immediate openings in Des Plaines, Evanston, Wilmette, Glencoe, Lake Forest. Other service areas include Chicago (Northside, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Gold Coast, Portage Park).
Professional caregiving or CNA experience (Minimum 1 year) — assisting seniors with ADLs such as grooming, bathing/showering, mobility, toileting, dressing, and meal support
Authorization to work in the U.S. and eligibility per the IDPH Caregiver Registry
Ability to pass a national background check and drug screen
