Melrose Park, IL | Heavy Industrial Manufacturing

We are currently seeking skilled CNC machinists to join a prominent manufacturer that provides essential components for the industrial equipment and power generation sectors. This role offers a path toward professional development, reliable overtime, comprehensive benefits, and a highly competitive wage.

Shift Details and Compensation

1st Shift: Begins at 6:00 AM

2nd Shift: Begins at 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $28.00–$34.00/hr

Core Responsibilities

Configure and run Mazak CNC machinery to meet production goals.
Utilize Fanuc control systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Interpret technical blueprints to ensure all parts meet precise specifications.
Perform necessary adjustments to offsets and tooling to maintain accuracy.
Resolve technical machining challenges to help uphold high-quality production standards.
Maximize output by taking advantage of consistent overtime availability.

Compensation and Benefits

Earn a competitive hourly rate reaching up to $34/hr.

Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot and solve complex machining problems.
Maintain flexibility to support production needs through overtime work.
