Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in a state of the art new outpatient Orthopedic facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from joint and spine injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall physical well-being. You will work closely with a diverse range of adult patients, using your expertise to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide them through rehabilitation exercises and techniques. If you are passionate about helping others and have a strong commitment to improving patients' quality of life, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, medical history, and symptoms to determine the most effective treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's needs and goals
- Administer manual therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, Physician assistants, chiropractors, massage therapists,and accupuncturists to provide comprehensive care and support to patients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and techniques in physical therapy to continually enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines in all aspects of patient care and maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various physical therapy techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Empathy, patience, and compassion to provide emotional support and motivate patients during their rehabilitation journey
- Ability to analyze and interpret medical data, make accurate assessments, and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address patients' unique needs and challenges
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
