Tax Manager | Katy | $130k to $150k

4 Years Public Accounting Experience Required + CPA License

Not everyone wants to make Partner.

But it's nice to know you're at a firm where it's possible.

That's what stood out to me about this Tax Manager opportunity.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own client portfolio, build long term relationships and become the person clients pick up the phone to when they need advice, not just when it's time to file a return.

The client base keeps things interesting too. Family offices, private equity, hedge funds, partnerships and high net worth individuals, giving you exposure to a wide range of complex work without feeling like every week is the same.

They're looking for a CPA with at least five years of public accounting experience, strong partnership and K1 experience, and someone who's confident reviewing work, mentoring junior staff and becoming a trusted advisor to clients.

The package is hard to ignore as well. Fully paid medical, dental and vision insurance, three weeks PTO from day one, increasing to four weeks after your first year, profit sharing into your 401(k), 11 paid holidays and ongoing support with CPE and your CPA licence.
