You already know how to sell cars. That's not the problem.

The problem is the pay plan.

You've had a deal gutted at the desk with nobody willing to tell you why. You've watched money quietly move to the back end. You've eaten chargebacks in April on units you delivered in December. You've argued about whether it's a draw or a salary. You've had a trade appraised in a way that killed your gross and your check with it. And every January you start over at zero and hope February isn't a six-car month.

Somewhere in there you probably noticed something worse. The pay plan was turning you into someone you didn't set out to be. It taught you to size up an up in eight seconds and decide whether they were worth your time. It taught you to broom people. It taught you that the customer with bruised credit and an upside-down trade was somebody else's headache.

You didn't get into this business to be that guy. The plan made you that guy.

How we pay

A real salary. Then a bonus on every unit you deliver, retroactive to the first one, every month.

Annualized Pay Structure:

10 UNITS - $4,500 - $54,000/YEAR
12 UNTIS - $6,100 - $73,200/YEAR
15 UNITS - $8,500 - $102,000/YEAR
20 UNITS - $12,500 - $150,000/YEAR
22 UNITS - $13,500 - $162,000/YEAR

Plus a $500 monthly CSI bonus on top of that.

Run those numbers against your actual W-2 — not your best month. Most experienced people find out they'd make more here than they make now.

No chargebacks. No draw. No packs. No mini-deals. No January panic.

What we expect

Blunt is better than disappointed later.

Two appointments a day. Twenty-five outbound calls and twenty-five outbound texts, verifiable in the CRM. Full lot presentation and a real demo drive on every customer. A proper delivery, not a key handoff. Follow-up that actually happens. Saturday is sale day — not a day off, and not a day you leave at three.

Look at the bottom of the pay tier: the first 7.5 units in a month pay no bonus. That's deliberate. This plan pays working professionals very well and part-timers very poorly. If you're not confident you'll be at ten-plus inside ninety days, this isn't your store.

We're also not looking for the old-school car dog. If your identity is built on holding gross and outsmarting your own desk, you'll be miserable here. The desk manages the deal. You manage the customer, know the product cold, and advocate for them.
