Full Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager works alongside the Project Manager to complete the day-to-day tasks involved in planning and implementing a project, coordinating with vendors, monitoring budget spending, and collaborating with other departments to find resources and more information for a project. Experience in utility contracting is a must.

Qualifications

Experience using Excel
Experience in utility contracting
Plan and organize multiple jobs from start to finish
Write POs and track job costs
Ensure deadlines & cost targets are met
Maintain required project documentation
Serve as a Liaison between client & field on all projects
Oversee multiple crews
Must be able to schedule the crew members and plan to order the materials needed. This includes knowledge about materials needed for the job sites.
Must coordinate subcontractors
Must coordinate material delivery
Must coordinate equipment delivery
Skills will include: Multitasking several jobs at once, Organizational and time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines, and Efficient in Excel, strong leadership qualities, deadline & detail oriented and monthly billing for the jobs.
Travel to multiple job sites in the regional area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
