Full Job Description

What You’ll Do

Lead and support daily catering operations with excellence, urgency, and professionalism
Take ownership of by ensuring needed inventory and staff are available to complete catering orders
Ensure catering orders are accurate, timely, and create an exceptional guest experience
Coach, encourage, and hold team members accountable to high standards and deadlines
Help grow our catering business by building meaningful relationships with new guests
Help fulfill our mission to Be Better, Be Second and exemplify our values (positivity, growth, ownership, ambition, leadership)

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and pays attention to details
A coachable attitude with a desire to grow personally and professionally
Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs

This job posting is for an opportunity at a Chick-fil-A® Restaurant business independently owned and operated by a local franchised Operator. You will be a probationary team member whose performance will be evaluated over a 90 day trial period. If you meet expectations you will be offered an official position at the end of this period.
