JAN-PRO provides services in the Memphis and Mid-South area through a Franchise Owner based business model. We support and help local franchisees generate and retain business through a system of branded practices, communication, and ongoing coaching and support.

Job description:

Compensation: Salary + Monthly Bonus and Commission + Company Car.

First year total compensation expectations = $60,000-$75,000

POSITION SCOPE: The Operations role is responsible for a territory of customer accounts in the Memphis market. The position builds relationships with customers and franchisees through in-person visits, evaluates franchisees based on services provided, enforces brand standards, resolves customer complaints, conducts training, and maintains the network of franchise owners and customers through account retention practices. In addition, the position conducts new account orientation, generates bid pricing for additional services, and supports sales initiatives within existing accounts.

The position is primarily Monday – Friday with some responsibilities required in the evening or over weekend at times. At least 80% of your time will be in the field and 20% in the office for administrative tasks.

A commercial cleaning background is not required. This position relies heavily on customer service, relationship management, and effective communication. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while supporting customers and franchise partners throughout a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer service calls and follow-up communications
Perform routine customer visits to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
Complete site evaluations and inspections
Train and support franchise owners, operators, and cleaning staff
Promote additional facility services and support as needed at accounts.
Communicate customer needs and expectations promptly to the franchise network
Document best practices, observations, and opportunities through written reports, photographs, and videos
Address service issues proactively and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor territory performance and recommend improvements when needed

PROJECTS INCLUDE: * Account Growth and Special Services

Coordinate additional service sales
Support sales initiatives within existing accounts
Promote seasonal and project-based services
Assist with customer retention through value-added services
Identify special service opportunities
Drive scope increase

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Manual dexterity to operate a desk top computer, IPAD, and other electronic equipment
Correctable vision and hearing
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work nights and weekends if needed.

Pay: Salary base plus monthly commissions and bonuses. Company vehicle will be supplied. Health Care Benefits and individual retirement account are available.
