We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Development Coordinator (BDC) who will serve as a vital link between our sales team and customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. In this role, you will act as a Customer Success Manager and Appointment Coordinator, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and sales expertise to build strong client relationships, drive high-end automotive sales, and support our growth objectives. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help maximize sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline effectively, and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in customer service and automotive sales.

Duties

Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, cold calling, texting, emails, and B2B outreach to generate new business opportunities within the automotive industry.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, nurturing customer relationships with follow up and progressing the sales process .
Coordinate appointments for the sales team with prospective customers, ensuring timely follow-up and optimal scheduling.
Support the sales team by providing detailed customer information, inventory updates, and assisting with inventory management to meet client demands.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage deal progressions, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all client communications.
Assist in dealership activities such as inventory control and supporting retail sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Working with teams to engage the CRM

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, BDC or automotive industry sales.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus but not required).
Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closing using CRM systems or similar tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and multi tasking with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and client communication is essential and CRM management experience a plus.
Valid drivers license.
