Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate would have a background in general mathematics with an ability to take instruction and learn on the job. Experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC Machine Centers/Lathes and other related equipment to produce high-quality parts.
Load new material in machines as instructed
Check machined parts to blueprint specifications or routing sheets.
Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Work closely with Set-up men to maintain a parts dimension or determine potential machine or part issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

Basic math skills
Prior experience in machine operation is preferred but not required
Experience with ISO manufacturing practices is a plus.
Ability to be taught and retain information.
Ability to check machine parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
