Administrative Assistant – Accounts Payable

$25.00/Hour | Monday–Friday | Full Benefits | Stable Office Environment

Looking for a long-term office opportunity where your Accounts Payable experience is valued? We're hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to support accounting and office operations in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Please Note: Applicants must have at least 3 years of recent Accounts Payable experience. Candidates with less than 3 years of AP experience will not be considered.

Pay & Schedule

Starting at $25.00/hour (based on experience)

Monday–Friday schedule

Full-time: 40 hours/week
We will also consider 30–40 hours per week
30+ hours/week qualifies for full benefits

What You'll Do

Process vendor invoices from start to finish
Verify invoices and supporting documentation
Assign general ledger coding and enter data into accounting software
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process check and ACH payments
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet visitors and assist with front desk responsibilities
Sort incoming/outgoing mail and office correspondence
Assist with accounts receivable collections as needed
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Support accounting, customer service, and administrative projects using Microsoft Office

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience (Required)
Minimum 3 years of office administrative experience (Required)
High school diploma or GED
Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
