This position is designed for experienced sales professionals who are hungry to build a long-term career—not someone looking for just another sales job.
We're looking for individuals who are coachable, competitive, accountable, and passionate about helping homeowners make informed decisions about one of their biggest investments. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and controlling your own income, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Meet with qualified homeowners through both company-provided and self-generated in-home appointments.
- Perform roof, siding, gutter, and exterior inspections.
- Educate homeowners on products, warranties, and solutions.
- Prepare customized estimates and financing options.
- Build trust through a consultative sales approach.
- Follow our proven sales process from inspection through signed contract.
- Develop your own referral network and generate new business opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of consistent professional work history.
- Previous sales experience (in-home sales preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong work ethic with evening and occasional weekend availability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors.

- Roofing, construction, insurance, or exterior remodeling experience.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience presenting financing options.
