For nearly three decades, International Sports Management has been a national leader in premium corporate hospitality and executive hosting, helping companies across the country use the world of sports to strengthen customer relationships, engage employees and create memorable business experiences. The first seven months of 2026 have been among the busiest in our company’s history, with ISM programs surrounding more than 50 major sporting events across the country and internationally, highlighted by an unprecedented summer of corporate hospitality surrounding the 2026 FIFA World Cup across North America. That activity, combined with the continued growth in how companies are using sports hospitality for customer entertainment, executive relationship-building and employee engagement, has created new opportunities for both our clients and our organization.

As we build on that momentum, we are expanding our Downtown Milwaukee National Sales Office by adding two (2) new National Account Executives to our team. Our focus is not simply on adding salespeople, but on identifying individuals we can develop internally, invest in professionally and provide a path toward larger sales, account management and leadership opportunities as our organization continues to expand. This is an opportunity for highly motivated individuals seeking a long-term career path combining professional sales development, the business of sports and uncapped earning potential.

The Opportunity

This position is ideal for recent college graduates, former collegiate athletes and driven early-career professionals looking to develop high-level communication, business development and sales skills in a competitive environment. During your first several months, you will work directly alongside senior sales leadership through a structured training and mentorship program focused on prospecting, relationship-building, communication and corporate sales strategy.

You’ll learn how to identify and develop new business partnerships with companies throughout the U.S., advising prospects and clients on premium hospitality and executive hosting opportunities surrounding many of the world’s premier sporting events, including Major Golf Championships, March Madness, the Olympic Games, Formula 1, the Super Bowl and more.

Strong and polished communication skills are required, as our sales team regularly engages directly with Vice Presidents, Presidents, CEOs and other senior decision-makers at multi-million and billion-dollar organizations.

This is not a telemarketing or customer service position. It is a professional B2B sales role requiring persistence, confidence, coachability and the ability to become comfortable hearing “no” while continuing to develop the skills necessary to earn a “yes.” We are seeking individuals who are competitive, resilient, hard-working and highly motivated to grow both professionally and financially.
