Payroll & Bookkeeper

Vickney & Associates – Hartford, WI

Who we are:

Are you someone who loves keeping the numbers organized and making sure everyone gets paid on time? We're a busy CPA firm looking for a detail-oriented, dependable team member to join us full-time in a payroll supervisor and bookkeeping support role.

What we’ll like about you:

- Oversee all payroll team members

- Experience with payroll processing software (Accountants World, Paychex, ADP, etc.)

- Dedicated to excellent client service and providing a rich, frictionless client experience

- Ability to learn and implement new technology and software

- At least 5 years of experience in payroll processing for multiple clients

- At least 2 years of experience in supervising a team

What you’ll be doing:

- Processing payrolls on a weekly basis

- Reconciling and filing quarterly (941, UCT-101) and year-end (940, W-2, and WT-7) reports

- Preparation of timely payroll tax deposits

- Answering payroll client inquiries

- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and transaction categorization

- Providing outstanding customer service and treating individuals with respect

- Personable and professional, building solid and mutually beneficial client relationships

- Meeting deadlines and assisting team members as needed
