Job Summary
We are a specialty trade subcontractor seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Textura, and submittal Exchange for project tracking and documentation.
Well versed in Microsoft office programs
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage contract negotiations and ensure all contractual obligations are met by all parties involved.
Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes promptly.

Skills

Proficiency in construction management software
Well versed in Microsoft office software
Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for problem-solving.
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
