Balance Chiropractic Center is a dedicated health and wellness center specializing in spinal and extremity chiropractic corrections. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of our patients through expert chiropractic care, patient education, laser treatments, nutrition consulting, and exercise rehabilitation.

Summary

We are seeking a part time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Balance Chiropractic Center. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations at our front desk, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our patients' journey toward better health. This position is located in Mequon, WI

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the center.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management efficiently.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Provide information about services offered and assist with patient inquiries.
Coordinate with chiropractic staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Strong knowledge of basic financial procedures and billing processes
Proficiency in using multiple computer systems and software (e.g., EHR, scheduling, billing)...Knowing ChiroTouch systems for chiropractic offices is a huge plus
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic office is preferred
