Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients across all age groups, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery, with a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

Base Pay $800-1000 (DOE) or 27% of Adjusted Production

Duties

Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and dental examinations, utilizing dental terminology and medical documentation standards.
Utilize dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to document patient records accurately and efficiently while maintaining HIPAA compliance and adhering to state healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal treatment outcomes.
Administer local anesthesia and sedation as needed, following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Interpret medical imaging and apply anatomy knowledge for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term dental wellness.

Requirements

Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
Proven experience in general dentistry with additional skills in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, or prosthodontics preferred.
Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare diagnosis procedures, and medical records management.
Familiarity with infection control standards, aseptic techniques, and medical imaging practices.
Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication, dentures and other advanced procedures confidently.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively while demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
