Independence Therapy | Merced, CA (Merced County) | Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract | $110–$200/visit DOE

Independence is a home health therapy contracting company connecting skilled therapists with meaningful opportunities across California. We're actively hiring Occupational Therapists in the Merced/Merced County area — and we specialize in bringing clinic-based or hospital-based OTs into home health with structured, hands-on training built around your schedule and learning pace.

Whether you're currently working in Outpatient, Inpatient, SNF, or even another home health agency — you don't have to give that up to work with us. Hold an active California OT license — or are currently in the process of obtaining one
Are currently working in outpatient, inpatient, SNF, or another home health setting and want to expand your opportunities
Are motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in the field
Are a new grad open to building a home health skill set from day one
