Join American Tree Medics Inc: Business Operations Administrative Support I, II

At American Tree Medics Inc, we are committed to excellence in our operations and are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Administrative Support I, II. Based in Merced, CA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations within our corporate office setting. Your ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, clients, and visitors will be paramount to your success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Operations Administrative Support (AS), you will oversee day-to-day office operations while ensuring a welcoming environment. Key duties include:

Acting as the first contact for employees, clients, and customers, maintaining a positive demeanor (I, II).
Answering and directing incoming calls, managing mail distribution, and assisting public visitors.
Performing janitorial tasks under the guidance of the Office Manager, including cleaning duties and maintaining public kitchen supplies.
Organizing and maintaining both digital and hard copy records, along with confidential records (II).
Managing Business Ops calendars and assisting with new hire onboarding processes.
Providing executive support for C-level administrators and the Board of Directors (II).

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who have:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in office environment (Level I) or 4 years (Level II).

Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm (certificate required).

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, intermediate skills in Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.

Demonstrate proficiency in electronic filing systems required.

Demonstrate proficiency in technology (phones, computers), knowledge of iOS systems preferred.

HS diploma or equivalent, college degree or coursework in business preferred.

Possess a CA Driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

Compensation and Benefits

Join us and enjoy hourly compensation ranging from $18.00 to $27.00, reflective of your experience level. This role is classified as Nonexempt and eligible for overtime pay.

Level I Salary Range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Level II Salary Range: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour.
