Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to territory management and account development in a B2B environment.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within assigned territories.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support for customer inquiries.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales or territory sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of direct sales techniques and account management principles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
A valid driver's license is required for travel within designated territories.
