Compensation: Commission Only – Typical earnings range from $75,000-$150,000+ annually depending on production (No Salary or Benefits)

Are you passionate about helping seniors and their families navigate life's most important transitions? Are you an experienced professional who enjoys the flexibility and independence of working as a contractor while earning uncapped commissions?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Advisor to join our growing referral and placement team as an independent contractor. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for seniors and their loved ones, guiding them through every step of the care journey—from assessing needs and exploring housing options to coordinating healthcare, legal, financial, and moving resources.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, well-connected in the senior care community, and enjoys building relationships while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and their families.

Responsibilities

Meet with seniors and their families to assess care needs, lifestyle preferences, and financial considerations.
Educate families about senior living options, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, senior living communities, and other community partners.
Coordinate resources related to senior transitions, including housing placements, elder law, benefits, and moving services.
Accompany clients on community tours and provide guidance throughout the decision-making process.
Serve as the primary point of contact during the placement process and follow up after placement to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate client records and communication using company software.
Represent the company professionally within the community and at networking events.

Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in senior services, long-term care, healthcare, case management, social work, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of senior living options and the continuum of care.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Compassionate, professional, and service-oriented.
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, or Veterans benefits is preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Compensation

Commission-only compensation with uncapped earning potential.
Earnings are based on successful client placements.
No salary, hourly pay, or employee benefits are provided.
Flexible schedule with the ability to manage your own time.
Administrative support, marketing resources, and access to company systems and referral relationships provided.

About This Opportunity

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses and are not eligible for employee benefits.
