Pain Relief Coach – Train in Rossiter Stretching & Help People Heal Naturally

Treasure Valley Rossiter is a fast-growing, heart-led practice that was recently voted Boise’s Best Pain Management Clinic for the last 3 years. We specialize in a powerful technique called the Rossiter Stretching Method, which helps clients find relief from chronic and acute pain in 25 minutes or less.

We’ve helped thousands of clients who felt like they had tried everything. In a recent internal study of over 3,000 TVR clients:

100% experienced at least 50% pain relief after their first session
The vast majority reported 90–100% pain reduction

We’ll teach you everything we know, and train you to be an exceptional Rossiter Coach, even if you’ve never worked in bodywork or pain relief before.

At TVR, we focus on helping others flourish and live their best life. Everyone on the team commits to bringing in 5–10 new clients per month through simple, strategic outreach and aligned connections. When this system is followed, new coaches often build a full schedule in under 6 months. When bare minimum is achieved, we have seen it take up to 2 years to get a full schedule. Your success, and your schedule is up to you.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide Rossiter Stretching Sessions (10–30 hours/week; you choose your schedule)
Schedule appointments and follow up with missed clients
Respond to calls, texts, and emails (15 mins/day avg)
Educate clients on pricing, HSA/FSA options, and memberships
Represent TVR at community demos and events
Connect with local health/fitness professionals to raise awareness
Contribute to a five-star client experience with every interaction
Share about TVR on social media and in conversation when appropriate. I can't be in a public space without sharing the wonders of rossiter. (I have changed peoples lives on an airport floor before - this to me is truly believing in our craft, and knowing that it will help people find the solution, and knowing that the pain they are moving through is not the only option. We are here to help people live the life they want to live)
Attend at least 16 hrs of CEU's per year

Training & Requirements

We will train you from the ground up in Rossiter Stretching. Requirements include:

Completion of Rossiter Levels 1–4
Completion of 50 student sessions, 10 observation hours, practical & final assessment
Physical ability to kneel, bend, stand for long periods, and lift/push/pull 25+ lbs regularly

Preferred (not required): experience or education in kinesiology, massage therapy, physical therapy, personal training, acupressure, or similar health fields.

Compensation & Perks

$15/ session + per hour. for training and admin time, you will be paid $15/hr, Rossiter sessions are typically 25 minutes long, when you are doing Rossiter sessions you are paid $15/session, when you have sessions back to back you make $30/hr base
