About the Job

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and team development. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position with growth path opportunities for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

In this role we expect that you will come in and serve as the CEO’s chief advocate for people and culture, championing both individual and team growth. This includes:

Holding team members accountable for work quality and volume, ensuring operational excellence.
Proactively identifying and removing barriers to project progress.
Ensuring every client/team member receives attentive, personalized service in a high-volume demanding environment.
Support the CEO in preparing reports, emails, to-do lists, long term projects and how to get there.
Other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to facilitate discussions with all internal departments in a diplomatic and constructive manner and to support client relations. Protect confidentiality.
Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills: Windows based PC programs; (i.e. OneNote, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs).
Positive, friendly and supportive leadership attitude, and maintain a professional image at all times.
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, adherence to company policies, programs and work rules.
Highly motivated, self-directed and results driven with a willingness to routinely go above and beyond.
Strategic, creative and entrepreneurial.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Ability to parallel-process multiple projects at one time.

Other Requirements:

Physical demands include: possible sits, squats, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during working hours.
