Job Summary
Join our dynamic automotive team as an Automotive Finance Manager, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financing process for vehicle purchases, assist customers in securing favorable loan options, and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Your energetic approach and strong negotiation skills will help build lasting customer relationships while maximizing dealership profitability. Duties

Guide customers through the financing process, explaining loan options, terms, and conditions clearly and confidently
Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive loan packages for customers
Conduct credit analysis to determine appropriate financing solutions based on individual customer profiles
Prepare and review all necessary contracts, TILA disclosures (Truth in Lending Act), and title processing paperwork accurately
Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance policies, and service plans to enhance customer value
Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service, fostering loyalty and repeat business
Use financial software to process loan applications, verify information, and ensure compliance with federal regulations
Assist with deal closing by negotiating terms that satisfy both the dealership’s goals and customer needs

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role within an automotive dealership or related industry
Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan processing procedures, TILA regulations, and contracts management
Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
Familiarity with automotive sales processes, title processing, and dealership operations
Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills including 10 key typing accuracy
Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining integrity and transparency during negotiations
Dealership experience is highly preferred; prior automobile sales experience is a plus
Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
