Full Job Description

Position Summary:

As the Operations Coordinator at 3D Barrier Bags' Chandler, Arizona site, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of site operations, working closely with the Operations Manager. You'll assist with purchasing, contract coordination, budgeting support, scheduling, inventory, and KPI reporting to help minimize downtime and keep departments running efficiently. This role offers exposure across Finance, Customer Support, Production, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Quality, and IT, and is a strong foundation for growth into more senior operations roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Operations Manager with daily operational activities, scheduling, and coordination across departments.
Assist with purchasing, vendor coordination, and contract administration.
Track inventory levels and support purchasing decisions to minimize downtime.
Prepare KPI reports and operational data for review by the Operations Manager and leadership.
Perform administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and coordinating equipment maintenance.
Partner with team leaders, managers, and department heads to understand departmental needs and support goal achievement.
Support cross-departmental projects, including reporting, data entry, presentation development, and strategic planning.
Provide administrative and operational support to Customer Support, Production, Purchasing, and other departments as needed.
Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments to optimize efficiency.
Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and business operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

2-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory, scheduling, or a related role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desirable.
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ERP experience a plus.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across departments.
Hands-on, proactive problem-solver.
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Independent worker and team player with growth potential.
