About HOTWORX
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio delivering innovative, virtually instructed workouts in a high-energy, results-driven environment to help members achieve real results. We are rapidly growing and looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about fitness and driven to succeed in sales.

Position Overview

This is not your typical front desk or trainer role. At HOTWORX, our Sales Associates are the driving force behind studio growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing memberships, and building lasting relationships while also supporting members in their fitness journey. If you thrive in a performance-based environment, enjoy connecting with people, and are motivated by hitting goals and earning commissions, this role is for you.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth

Proactively generate and follow up on leads through calls, texts, and in-person outreach
Convert prospects into members through confident, consultative sales conversations
Meet and exceed monthly sales, conversion, and prospecting goals
Promote and sell memberships, upgrades, and retail products
Execute community outreach, events, and partnerships to drive new business
Track all leads, appointments, sales activity, and complete all sales paperwork and signatures daily

Lead Generation & Marketing

Actively prospect inside and outside the studio (events, local businesses, partnerships)
Leverage social media and digital platforms to generate interest and traffic
Distribute guest passes and assist with ambassador and referral programs
Build relationships within the community to expand brand awareness

Member Experience & Fitness Support

Deliver a high-energy, welcoming experience that drives retention and referrals
Guide members on workouts, sauna use, and HOTWORX's Burn Off App
Support members in achieving results during every visit, and reinforcing the value of their membership
Maintain HOTWORX's high standard of customer service and 5-Star reputation

Studio Operations

Open/close the studio and maintain a clean, organized environment
Follow all operational procedures and checklists
Ensure the studio reflects HOTWORX’s premium brand standards
Arrive early and prepare for all scheduled shifts and events

Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and closing deals

Passion for fitness, health, and helping others improve their lives
Strong time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required)
