Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Office Manager to lead the administrative and financial operations within a busy healthcare setting. This role is essential in ensuring smooth clinic management, overseeing fiscal responsibilities, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive experience in medical office management to foster an efficient, compliant, and patient-centered environment. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of clinic administration, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure seamless daily operations.
Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial reporting, billing processes, and accounts receivable/payable using systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, or Epic.
Supervise medical administrative support staff, providing training and performance evaluations to promote a high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of medical records and patient information.
Coordinate human resources activities including hiring, onboarding, training, and employee relations within the clinic setting.
Oversee medical records management, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards across EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize practice management strategies that enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within clinics or hospitals.
Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, eClinicalWorks or similar platforms.
Supervisory experience leading administrative or clinical teams in a healthcare environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records protocols, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations such as JCAHO standards.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
