Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Payroll Director to lead our payroll operations with precision and strategic insight. You will oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation across multiple platforms. Your expertise will drive compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while optimizing payroll systems and processes.

Oversee payroll to ensure accuracy in employee wages, tax deductions, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable laws.
Reconcile general ledger accounts related to payroll expenses and liabilities; perform account reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
Supervise the preparation of journal entries for payroll transactions; ensure proper double entry bookkeeping practices are followed.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations by managing tax filings
Maintain detailed documentation of payroll procedures; implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Exceptional attention to detail in data entry, account reconciliation, and financial analysis tasks. Join us as a Payroll Director to lead our payroll operations with energy and precision!

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
