We’re now looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter to help bring top talent into our expanding team.

Position Overview:

As a Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter, you'll play a key role in attracting and onboarding motivated loan officers to our growing brokerage. This is an in-person role based in our Gilbert office and offers a $24.00/Hour wage plus commission, with six-figure income potential. You’ll be supported by a positive, high-energy team environment, provided leads, and ample growth opportunities within the company.

What You’ll Do:

Source and recruit qualified mortgage loan officers
Screen and interview candidates, communicating our value and culture
Develop and manage relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with leadership to meet hiring goals and company expansion plans
Maintain a strong presence and professional representation of Barrett Financial Group
