Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Recruiter opportunities in Gilbert, AZ. Responsibilities for a Recruiter include but are not limited to:

Source, recruit, screen, and interview bilingual candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities while building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies, administer job postings, conduct candidate assessments, and provide resume and interview coaching in English.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs, prioritize requisitions, and deliver qualified candidates.
Maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), support onboarding activities, and ensure a positive candidate and client experience.

Candidates for Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruiting best practices.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
