Position

Louis Vuitton Client Services is seeking a motivated, passionate Correspondence Advisor!

Are you a master of written communication with a client-centric mindset? Louis Vuitton invites you to become a Correspondence Advisor, where you will embody the Louis Vuitton Promise by delivering an enriching and trustworthy experience through various written channels. This is an onsite role at our Legacy 1854 Campus.

About the Role:

As a Correspondence Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring every Client is treated according to the LV CSC promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, guiding them across the Brand with timely and helpful service. Your role is to strengthen relationships with our clients and stores, consistently delivering memorable interactions across all channels.

Job responsibilities

Employ efforts through written forms of communication (letters, email, chat, and social media) to deliver Client-centric responses to inquiries and requests, including product availability, transaction history, shipping status, store information, after-sales service, and customer service issues.
Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools to foster Brand loyalty.
Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories.
Maintain the highest degree of customer service daily by demonstrating exemplary service leadership in areas of quality, complaint resolution, product awareness, and store relations.
Perform as a team-player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the Correspondence Team and department.
Drive and achieve individual, team, and Client Services objectives.
Act as a liaison between Client Services and Stores for sharing information and resolving customer complaints.
Document all contacts in a CRM software to track inquiries.
Learn and master Brand and product knowledge, respecting Louis Vuitton Brand standards and company policies.

Profile

Minimum 3 years of specialty retail experience or in a call center.
Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Self-starter, dependable, punctual, and flexible.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Computer literacy is a must.
Fashion-forward with a passion for the fashion/luxury-goods industry.
Team player with a pro-active attitude.
Ability to adapt to changing needs of the Company as necessary.
Schedule: Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability; overtime may be required occasionally.
