Overview
Are you a passionate therapist who loves helping clients break free from anxiety and reclaim their lives? Our growing anxiety-focused practice is seeking compassionate, skilled Mental Health Therapists to join our team.

We specialize in evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety disorders, phobias, panic disorder, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), and trauma, and we are deeply committed to high-quality, ethical, and affirming care.

We are an anxiety specialty practice dedicated to helping clients move toward meaningful lives—not away from fear. Our clinicians collaborate in a supportive, growth-oriented environment and are encouraged to deepen their expertise in evidence-based approaches such as ERP, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy to clients with OCD, anxiety, phobias, panic, BFRBs, and trauma
Utilize evidence-based interventions (ERP training provided if needed)
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with team members and participate in consultation/supervision
Uphold ethical and professional standards of careAssist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct support to patients during individual and group counseling sessions.
Monitor patient behavior and report any significant changes.
Engage in behavior management techniques to promote a safe and therapeutic environment.
Conduct research or engage in education and reading as needed to enhance treatment approaches and patient outcomes.
Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that all concerns are addressed.
Participate in documentation of patient progress and participation in treatment planning meetings.
Support patients with evidenced-based practices as part of their overall mental health care.
Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment conducive to healing.
Willingness to learn and implement new and unfamiliar techniques.

Experience

Licensed or license-eligible in your state (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, etc.)
Accepting Registered Interns
Experience or strong interest in anxiety and OCD treatment
ERP, CBT, ACT, or trauma-informed experience preferred (training and supervision available)
Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Familiarity with therapy techniques, including individual and group counseling methodologies.
Knowledge of behavior management strategies and case management practices is advantageous.
Experience working in outpatient settings or clinics is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
A commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health care practices.
