Architect/Project Manager
Architectural Project Manager/Construction Administrator (English/Spanish)
ATL Architectural Firm with high profile projects is looking for a full time Bilingual Project Manager/Construction Administrator/ Job Captain

Anillo. Toledo. Lopez, is a strong professional architectural firm with the commitment to achieve design excellence. All of our team share the same level of professionalism, enthusiasm and pride about producing an excellent quality of work.

We are searching for new team members with a strong appreciation for design excellence.

Requirements & Work Responsibilities:

Managing a variety of projects (small to large), through the construction phase with assistance/support from team members based on project requirements.
Ability to use Auto Cad (required), Revit (Is a plus, but not required), sketch up (highly preferred) and adobe creative (highly preferred).
Knowledge of mayor building systems and ability to proactively lead coordination with consultants to maintain design intend, project goals, and project deadlines.
Knowledge of building codes and ability to research building codes, materials, product selection, and coordinate specifications.
Ability to interact with clients and demonstrate communication and professional skills related to leading problem. From schematic design phase through administration.
Ability to do construction administration including details with clients, review process of shop drawings, submittals RFIs, Job site visits, and punch list as part of the construction phase.
Responsible for quality control and accuracy of plans, specs, and construction documents.
Ability to be a problem solver that excels under pressure.
Ability to be organized and efficient.

Technical Requirements:

Proactive individual with a sense of urgency to multi-task on multiple projects and assignments.
Flexibility to work in a collaborative environment with a team, as well as independently.
Strong graphic skills and technical capability to critically work through the development of a design in construction documents.
Highly organized individual
Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)

Education & Training Requirements:

Minimum 10 years experience in an architectural firm (Required)
Good verbal & written communication skills. (English & Spanish)
Decision making & problem-solving skills, quality control originated,
Must be able to multi-task and efficient.
Excellent leadership capabilities, fair judgement towards the company, respective clients, and co-workers.

Work authorization: United States (Required)

COMPENSATION: Based on Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $90,000 – $120,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
