Full Job Description

Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6 months
Compensation: $25.00- $30.00
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Systems, Identity, and Automation Engineer

Skillset / Experience:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in systems administration, identity management, and/or automation engineering.
Strong working knowledge of Okta administration (user management, app integrations, SSO/MFA policies, Lifecycle Management).
Experience integrating Okta with Microsoft 365 / Azure AD and other enterprise SaaS applications.
Proficiency in PowerShell; familiarity with Python or Bash for scripting and automation tasks.
Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager or comparable MDM solutions.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and Windows Server environments.
Familiarity with REST APIs and basic integration concepts for connecting SaaS platforms.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues independently.
Clear communicator who can work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) or AZ-104 (Azure Administrator).
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions for workflow automation.
Okta certifications (Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Professional) are a strong plus.
Familiarity with on-prem Active Directory and hybrid identity patterns (AD + Okta + Azure AD).
Exposure to ERP or HRIS systems and their integration with Microsoft 365 or Azure.
Experience with CI/CD concepts or lightweight DevOps tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Knowledge of security frameworks relevant to identity and access (e.g., Zero Trust, MFA enforcement, conditional access policies).
