Warehouse Manager – Miami O’Clock

Location: Miami, FL (In Person)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About Miami O’Clock

Miami O’Clock is one of the fastest-growing live shopping businesses in the country, specializing in women’s fashion, beauty, and lifestyle products through live selling platforms. We move thousands of items every week and are looking for a highly organized, hands-on Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building efficient systems.

This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who leads by example, holds people accountable, solves problems quickly, and takes ownership of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a warehouse team of approximately 10–15 employees.
Oversee all receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and warehouse organization.
Develop and improve warehouse systems, SOPs, and workflows.
Monitor daily productivity and hold team members accountable for performance.
Coordinate inventory preparation for live selling events.
Manage returns, damages, and inventory discrepancies.
Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Step into warehouse operations whenever necessary to keep the business moving.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience.
Previous experience managing warehouse employees is required.
Strong inventory management experience.
Experience with shipping operations and order fulfillment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a rapidly growing business with changing priorities.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Experience with inventory management software is preferred.
