Marketing & E-Commerce Manager
Location: Miami, Florida – In Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, energetic, and hands-on Senior Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to lead marketing, e-commerce, brand development, and digital growth across multiple brands and product categories.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages agencies or delegates marketing tasks. We are looking for a player-coach who can develop strategy, manage a team and outside resources, and personally roll up their sleeves and execute when needed.
The right candidate will be comfortable moving between big-picture brand strategy and the day-to-day details of running websites, launching products, developing campaigns, improving Amazon listings, reviewing creative, analyzing performance, and keeping multiple projects moving forward.
You will serve as a central point of coordination between marketing, creative, e-commerce, Amazon, web development, and company leadership.
We work hard and move quickly, but we also believe work should be fun. We want someone who brings energy, personality, creativity, and a positive attitude to the office — someone who enjoys brainstorming, collaborating, trying new things, and celebrating wins with the team.

Our Culture
We work hard, move quickly, and take our business seriously — but we don't believe that means we have to take ourselves too seriously.
We want someone who brings energy, personality, creativity, curiosity, and a sense of humor to the team.
Our environment is entrepreneurial. There are multiple brands, new products, new ideas, and plenty of projects happening at the same time. Some ideas will be home runs. Others won't work. That's part of building and growing.
We want someone who enjoys that process.
Someone who likes brainstorming around a table, seeing a new product come to life, finding a better way to do something, laughing with coworkers, and celebrating when the team gets something right.
We believe you can be serious about results while still having fun getting there.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building.
You may be managing an Amazon PPC strategy in the morning, reviewing photography for a new product at noon, discussing website improvements with a developer in the afternoon, and brainstorming a completely new product or marketing idea later that day.
You don't need someone to hand you a detailed list every morning telling you what to do. You see opportunities, identify problems, develop solutions, and move things forward.
If you prefer a highly specialized marketing position with a narrow set of responsibilities or a very traditional corporate environment, this probably isn't the right role.
But if you enjoy taking ownership, building brands, solving problems, trying new things, working with a collaborative team, getting measurable results, and having some fun while doing it, we'd like to meet you.
