As a member of theMCK family, we offer a sophisticated, high-volume dining experience where culinary excellence and operational efficiency are at the heart of everything we do.

Job Summary

We are seeking a leadership-oriented and guest-focused Floor Manager to supervise the daily execution of all front-of-house operations. In this role, you will coordinate guest interactions, lead staff performance, and ensure that service standards, profitability goals, and operational efficiency are consistently met to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise dining room operations and service standards across all shifts
Address guest concerns and authorize discounts or complimentary items to enhance satisfaction
Manage staff, scheduling, and resources to ensure smooth shift operations
Serve as primary point of contact for operational issues and emergencies
Execute opening and closing procedures with attention to security and readiness
Assume management responsibilities in the absence of Restaurant or Assistant Manager

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Degree or professional certification in Hotel and Restaurant Management
Specialization in Guest Service (preferred)

Experience:

4–5 years as Floor Manager or equivalent supervisory role in restaurants, high-end hotels, or bars

Technical Knowledge:

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards
Sales and revenue management principles
Team leadership and staff development

Technical Skills:

POS and restaurant management systems (Micros, Oracle, or similar)
Reservation and booking software
Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency

Core Competencies:

Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Team collaboration and conflict resolution
Quick learning and adaptability to operational changes

Languages:

Advanced English (required)
Spanish (preferred)
