Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused professional to join one of our most important clients, a prestigious law firm in Miami, Florida. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to support both the Marketing and Office Services departments. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating marketing initiatives and events, while also performing essential office services duties such as photocopying, mail distribution, inventory management, and general administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and thrives in a role with a variety of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Manage digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, website content, and CRM systems
Assist to coordinate and oversee corporate events, networking events, and client engagement activities
Manage HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reporting, and lead tracking
Ensure consistency of branding and professional communication across all platforms
Document Services – Copying, Scanning, Filing, Printing, Case Management Software, Routing and Editing, etc. (confidential documents)
Mail – Scanning and routing incoming mail, posting and sending urgent matters accordingly. Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, FedEx, etc.)
Administrative tasks – Assist Office Administration in daily tasks or follow ups on client matters or office needs.
Provide Excellent Customer Service
Perform other office duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
