Role: Senior Operations Lead
Location: Miami, Florida (3 days/week in office, hybrid schedule)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Operations Lead to help drive structure, accountability, and excellence across our operations team. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role is critical in ensuring that company systems run smoothly, staff are supported, and projects move forward efficiently. You will work across HR, office management, hiring, training, and internal systems, while also supporting client onboarding/offboarding processes. This position requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
Ensure company systems and processes are being followed, holding staff accountable when necessary
Ensure meetings are happening and being run effectively (staff one-on-ones, client internals and externals)
Partner with the Director of Operations to manage HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits coordination, policy updates, etc.)
Oversee office projects and logistics, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Support the hiring process: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
Manage and improve the internship program, including recruitment, supervision, and performance tracking
Oversee the company’s weekly professional development program, ensuring relevant content and consistent participation
Support client onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and communication
Assist with staff growth and retention initiatives, including training programs and team engagement efforts
Track and report on operational performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements

You are the steady operational presence that keeps our team moving forward. Processes are clear and consistently followed, HR functions run smoothly, and interns and new hires are fully integrated. The Director of Operations can rely on you to anticipate issues, take initiative, and handle details with precision.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or HR (agency or political setting a plus)
Proven ability to manage systems, processes, and people effectively
Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in staff-facing situations
Experience overseeing interns or direct reports
Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Miami and commute to our HQ three days per week (Mon–Wed)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Bonus Points For

Experience in conservative politics, advocacy, or public affairs
Background in HR, talent development, or staff training
Familiarity with agency operations, project management tools, or systems (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar)
