Transaction & Operations Manager – Residential Real EstateAbout the Role

We're looking for a highly organized Transaction & Operations Manager to oversee residential real estate transactions from executed contract through closing. This position supports a variety of investment strategies, including wholesale acquisitions, fix-and-flip projects, property acquisitions and dispositions, and refinance transactions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can successfully manage multiple transactions at once, and excels at coordinating with title companies, lenders, contractors, buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders. You'll be instrumental in keeping deals on track, ensuring projects remain organized, and helping build efficient operational systems as our company continues to grow.

Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Coordination

Manage residential real estate transactions from contract execution through closing.
Oversee wholesale acquisitions, dispositions, fix-and-flip projects, and refinance transactions.
Coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, attorneys, lenders, buyers, sellers, and other transaction partners.
Monitor inspections, appraisals, contingencies, deadlines, and closing schedules.
Review transaction documents for accuracy and completeness while ensuring compliance throughout the process.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact closing timelines.

Client & Vendor Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout each transaction.
Maintain consistent communication with buyers, sellers, lenders, and vendors.
Provide timely updates while delivering a professional and positive client experience.
Handle challenging situations with confidence and a solutions-focused approach.

Renovation & Project Operations

Coordinate renovation activities from property acquisition through resale.
Work closely with contractors, inspectors, vendors, and project managers.
Track renovation schedules, project milestones, and budgets.
Escalate potential delays and recommend solutions to keep projects moving.

Refinance Management

Oversee refinance transactions from application through funding.
Collaborate with lenders, title companies, and appraisers.
Ensure all underwriting conditions and closing requirements are completed on time.

Operations & Process Improvement

Maintain accurate CRM records and organized transaction files.
Monitor deal pipeline activity and provide status updates to leadership.
Generate reports that support operational performance and business decisions.
Recommend and implement workflow improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.

QualificationsRequired

2+ years of experience in transaction coordination, escrow, title, real estate operations, or a related field.
Proven experience managing residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.
Working knowledge of wholesale real estate, investment acquisitions, fix-and-flip projects, or refinance transactions.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using CRM platforms and transaction management software.
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred

Experience working with real estate investment companies.
Familiarity with distressed property transactions.
Knowledge of construction or renovation project coordination.
Ability to identify process improvements and streamline operational workflows.

Documentation remains accurate, organized, and compliant.
Strong relationships are maintained with clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary up to $110,000, depending on experience
