Requirements:

-Accounting and Administration Technician or equivalent work experience.

-More than seven years of experience in registration, analysis, and closing accounting books.

- Thorough understanding of essential accounting functions such as banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets, bank reconciliations, etc.

- Ability to manage and prepare corporate taxes (annual and sale taxes) oImplementation of best accounting and taxes practices.

- Knowledge of taxes and sale taxes preparation. oGreat time management and organizational skills.

- Work in a dynamic and team environment.

-Verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous experience with ERP accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.

- A high accuracy in recording accounting transactions, information processing, and account and bank reconciliation.

- Comfort with asking questions to get answers.

- Ability to progress in projects.

- Enjoys challenges and can persevere.

- Ability to take direction and apply to different situations.

- Passion and commitment to providing quality customer service

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to maintain excellent communication with clients Job functions may include:

-Planning, execution, and maintenance of all accounting functions for clients.

- Ability to manage several "bookkeeping" projects with clients.

- Identification and implementation of improvements in business processes.

- Development of exhaustive documentation and deliverables.

- Participation in training
