Position Summary

Costex Tractor Parts (CTP) is seeking a talented and innovative Interior & Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This position is responsible for developing creative visual solutions that support the company's branding, marketing initiatives, and interior corporate environments. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in graphic design, print production, and interior design, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual experiences across both digital and physical platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including catalogs, brochures, flyers, advertisements, banners, product packaging, promotional items, and sales collateral.
Develop creative assets for digital platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and online advertising.
Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with print vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Design interior environments that reflect the company's brand identity, including offices, reception areas, conference rooms, showrooms, and trade show exhibits.
Create signage, wall graphics, displays, wayfinding systems, and other environmental branding elements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership to develop creative concepts that align with business objectives and brand standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
Maintain consistency across all visual communications and ensure compliance with established brand guidelines.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, contractors, and suppliers throughout the design and production process.
Research emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.

QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience

Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in graphic design, print production, or interior design.
Experience designing marketing collateral for both print and digital media.
Experience coordinating projects through commercial print production.
Interior design or environmental branding experience is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Acrobat
Knowledge of print production processes, file preparation, typography, color management, and layout design.
Experience with large-format graphics, signage, trade show displays, and environmental graphics preferred.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D visualization software is a plus.
Photography, videography, and motion graphics experience is considered an asset.

Physical Requirements

Ability to occasionally lift and move marketing displays and materials up to 25 pounds.
Ability to visit company facilities, warehouses, trade shows, and project sites as needed.
